Mountbkr,
Here is a link to the print for the McGowen 6 BR Norma Reamer - http://www.mcgowenbarrel.com/picts/6mmbrN.JPG

You can see first hand the exact dimensions of their reamer.

Jim,
Is it too late to add a option to the 24inch 308 that I had you ordered?  I was wanting the end of the barrel threaded for a can.

Chris,
The list of my in stock barrels (see page one) is up to date. I currently have 308, 30-06 and 338 Win Mag in stock. If you are looking for something specific let me know and I will get one on order for you.

Jim, I have a Mod. 12 in .223 that I'm thinking about making a .204. I have the 7mm WSM Shilen ordered from you & don't think I can stand to have another barrel on order. Of the two varmint contour barrels you have in stock, the McGowen or the Savage SS FLT which would you suggest for the Mod. 12. Will I give up much accuracy with the Factory barrel?

I just ordered 20 Chrome Moly Match Barrels from Shilen for my inventory. Everything I have coming in will be 26" - Savage Varmint Contour - Polished Blue Finish. I will post the specific calibers and twist rates when they are closer to ready.

The big deal here is that I will be offering these for $235.00 + shipping to your door. I am targeting these to you shooters that prefer the Blued Replacement Barrels but want a serious step up from a Factory Barrel.

More details as this develops.

Jim,

What is the status of this barrel order? I am still interested in a barrel replacement and one of these in blue would be a good fit. Additionally what calibers are you  expecting?

Jim, I'm looking for a Savage large shank stainless steel heavy bull barrel in .308 with a 1:13 twist 30" long and a complete .308 bolt for a single shot target action RBLP. It does not matter which barrel manufacturer. Are these items obtainable through you?

Jim,

Just to let you know Savage sent my accessory pack that was missing and I took the F/TR out and did some barrel break in and sight in.  I was amazed out of the box from the start hitting a 3/4 inch group at 100 yards with factory ammo.  I cant wait to work up my own load and see what it shoots like.  Thanks again for all your help with this purchase.

I am looking for a 30 in 308 barrel preferable  for a 12 or 13 t but could do a 10 twist would like to shoot 155. I would like a heavy palma contor but that is flexable as well because I will mostly have to shoot ft/r until I can get some match sights. Please let me know what you have in stock and price for shippling 37934. alos looking for a 223 bolt head set up & barrel wrench.

Thanks,

Phil
