 I'm looking for a short action with varmint or bull barrel to build an F-class rifle from the ground up  .308 caliber..I also need the twist to shoot heavier bullets,,,I prefer a non accurate trigger,,would like it all in one piece,,do you have anything to match?

I do not have any pre Accu-Trigger Actions available with Barrels still attached. I can offer you a pre Accu-Trigger Savage Action if you prefer to build one up from available parts.

Action is fine,,I don't care if the barrel is attached,,I need the barrel also is what I meant,,I'll screw it on,,,looking fot the heaviest longest barrel also in 308 caliber.

By ATF regulations all Firearm Receivers must ship to a FFL.

Also, what's the difference between a Model 10 and a Model 12?

I do have Savage Actions for the WSM Calibers. Savage currently offers the WSM Calibers on Short Actions only and then all with Large Shank Barrels. The earliest versions of the WSM were offered with Standard Shank Barrels but Savage soon upgraded the WSM Calibers to the Large Shank Barrels.

As far as pricing, I currently have Blued Actions that are Large Shank Actions. These are New/Unfired pre Accu-Trigger Actions and are offered at $250.00 + $12.00 S&H to your FFL (Actions Only). I also have a New/Unfired Stainless Center Feed Action available for $365.00 + $12.00 S&H to your FFL. This being the new Center Feed you may want to order the correct for this Action BVSS Stock with this as well. The BVSS Stock is priced at $165.00 + $12.00 S&H to your door.

The pre Accu-Trigger Savage Actions do have the flat rear bridge.

The basic difference between the Model 10 and the Model 12 is what each Model offers as standard:
Model 10's are all Blued or Black Matte Rifles - offered in the Sporter Barrel and in the Varmint/Tactical Barrel in the Law Enforcement version.
Model 12's are offered in all Varmint Weight Barrels. They are also available in the Blued, Stainless Fluted and now the Newest Savage Target Actions.
