Sabot,
I do need you to clarify if you would like one of the Savage Model 12 VLP Rifles as I have very few left.

Flyinbryan,
Rifle #16 is a 300 Win. Mag. and not a 300 WSM. Are you looking for a 300 WSM?

Just want to say I just purchased one of Jim's Savages and he is one of the niceest people I have ever dealt with.  I will look forward to dealing with Jim in the future.  It was a very smooth conversation including the transaction.
I believe he also liked my Southern Accent!

LOL, Thanks Jim

Savage has not offered a Single Shot in a 243 for a long time now.

Guess you're putting me and my nearly new Savage 112V Series J in 243 Winchester in the old category now.  As well my 112V Series J 220 Swifts and 222 Remingtons.

Jim,

I'm looking for a lefty 243 sporter for my daughter. I like the stock on the weather warrior (floor plate, instead of blind box), but I'd prefer the non-stainless hunter instead of the shiny stainless weather warrior. Do you have any stocks with floor plates for a lefty if I go with the hunter rifle?

And, more importantly;

What can you get me a 11FLNS, lefty hunter in 243 for price wise?

What can you get me a 16FLHSS, lefty weather warrior in 243 for price wise?

I'll call you either Monday or Tuesday to talk it over, as time permits.

Thanks.
