Ok then, No-one killed any coyotes with your savages?

Shilen barreled Savage. 8 twist, crowned at 28" 22-243 middlested using 80gr SMKs

Here's another one the same weekend

Heres a picture with one coyote and two Savage rifles. The rifles are both package rifles one in 22-250 and one in 223. The 22-250 (my rifle) had the scope changed to a higher quality scope.

Looks like I need to take more pictures with the rifle included in the picture

That was nice shooting on that one, getting him just as he was jumping that fence. Wink  Cheesy

No, not road kill.  Just had an F-16 air strike called in on him.   Grin

Actally this was a pair that I called in.  First one to get into range was the male, on the bumper.  Shot him in the gut and he started flopping around.  Then I started to play a wounded coyote call and the female came into range.  I was shaking so much that I missed her on the first shot, but got her on the second one in the head.

Funny note about this one (pictured above).  When he saw me, he started running away from me, but decided to stop and lighten his load a bit.  He was squatted down doing his business when I put a bullet in him.

No, he was on the other side of the canal when I picked him off.  Had to walk over and drag him back for the picture.
