Well, guys me and the wife had a Great time! My butt and arms are sore from mowing still! But it was worth it! I had a great time meeting the new people like Big Kev and his wife and Gordon and his wife they are great people! And seeing the people that came last year too.
There was some cool guns this year for sure, my favorite wasn't even a Savage!! But my lips are sealed to which one!! Grin If you were there you would know!  Wink   And who would have ever thought that a bowling ball would stop a stout heavy load from a 300RUM?

We are on for next year and we even have some people donating help and food already!  Which will be a huge help!! And much appreciated!

Oh, and I found out why my new .204 shot crappy, Very-- Very bad muzzle crown!

Would your favorite happen to be a 9mm AR?Huh  I liked it too but didnt shoot it.

My favorite of the day wasnt a Savage either. It was Viper9696's 300RUM Remington. Anything that can shake the whole range when you shoot it, and shoot flames back at you out the brake like your being stared at by a dragon is one awesome piece. And 3800+fps out of a 30cal bullet is very impressive. Did I say it was freakin LOUD!!!!!

Maybe Dan will post a pic of the bowling pin.....LOL

First and foremost I'd like to thank everyone that made this past weekend possible. Both Ellen (Mrs. BigKev) and myself felt like we were visiting family, the friendship we experienced this weekend  surpassed anything we ever imagined and truthfully we can't wait until next year (hopefully sooner if something could be scheduled for the fall). Truth be told I haven't seen Mrs. BigKev so enthusiastic about shooting since she shot her first sub 1" group at 100 yards with her .223, and thanks to the interactive targets I managed to spend close to $ 70 bucks on gumballs  Huh, Mrs. BigKev shot 4 1/2 boxes of 17HMRs' at those little buggers. Was it worth it (heck yea) those little demons had her grinning from ear to ear  Grin everytime she smoked one, which was quite often.  I'll feel a lot safer at the supermarket now as we pass the vending machines (never know when they'll be a gumball uprising and should it ever occur she'll be ready). To anyone out there who is even contemplating going next year, do yourself a favor and make reservations now you won't regret it and I'll guarantee that.   All joking aside we both had a great time and we're looking forward to future shoots. I would like to thank Mr. F for donating the website memberships (yes I was lucky enough to win one), so until we meet again the Mrs. and I want to wish you all good health in whatever you do and wherever you go.

Gosh, I didn't know you guys were having such a good time with the gumballs. I was at the other end with the Strikers. Did anyone have any luck with the 200-yard gumballs?
I guess I will have to bring some more next time!
Thanks to Pa Hog for inviting me and thanks to Peter for the Striker experiences!
