Hi-
I'm new to the forum. I have collected Savage and Stevens singles for a while.
I recently acquired a M219 in 30-30 that has 95% of its original finish. but it has a problem that i need help with. The barrel lug that hooks on the Pin in the receiver is broken.
Does anyone know of a gunsmith that can replace the barrel lug. It appears that it is silver brazed to the barrel. Or does anyone have a extra rifle barrel that they want to sell?

Barrels are tough to find and cost about half a new rifle.  You can pick up shotgun barrels for it, Model 220, fairly cheap in common gauges.  As an aside, model 94 and it's variants will also generally fit the same frame as yours.  If you have no luck in getting it fixed, let me know, and I'll have a hand at it.
