So I should be recieving a rechambered 26in 9.25 twist .243AI in the next month.
I plan on testing with 87 V-max and 105 A-max and was looking for some suggestions with these bullets or any bullet/powder combos that work good for you.

                                                                   Lets have 'em,

Don't have loads worked up yet.I am having Jim Hart make a 243AI with 28"+ VAIS muzzle break(removable)with a 1:9 twist heavy varmit on a Rem SA 700.I talked with Sierra about max wt bullets and the thought 100gr would be tops, with a tighter twist needed for the 105gr.One way to find out.I only wanted to shoot 70-95gr in any case, unless it would stabilize the 105-107 gr bullets.

I used to shoot 95gr Berger VLD's with H4350 with good results. I also shot H4831sc with good results too with 87gr Vmaxs.I'll look for some load data. My Barrel was a 1-10" 95's were about as heavy it would stabilize.

just starting on mine. 39grs of IMR4064 and a 70gr ballistic tip show some hope.

Justin, your old barrel is still a .243AI, it just fits a savage now Wink
