I have both the Savage RB/RP and the RB/DP .473 Bolt Face Target Actions in Stock. I will need to get my California certification before I can ship to your local FFL but I do have the Target Actions in stock at this time.

Jim, Im looking for a Savage Target Action (short action) RB/RP for a 6mm Norma BR build. Im not sure what bolt head I need. Do you know what bolt head I will need and do you have this action in stock? If so what will the price be? (are all the target actions stainless?)

I do have several of the Savage Target Actions in Stock. The Savage RB/RP Target Action that you mentioned is in stock. You would want the .473 Bolt Head Action for a 6 BR Norma build. All Savage Target Actions are Large Shank Stainless Actions. These are available for $455.00 + $14.00 S&H to your local FFL.

Do you have or can you get the repeater action in stock, also is it only aval. with the regular accutrigger? Lastly on the repeater action is it 4.40" bolt spacing and does the action come with one magazine, thanx!

I do currently have the Savage Repeater Actions available in both the Varmint and the Target versions. The Action Screw Spacing is the 4.40" versions.

Bob,
Any Savage Action will work because you can swap out the bolt heads. The PPC shooters that I deal with are having a .378 bolt head reworked for their PPC calibers. I do have the Savage .378 Bolt Head Target Actions in stock at this time.

I have two RB/RP Savage Target Actions coming in for customers at this time. If you would like to get one just give me a call at 763/682-4296 and I can add you to the order. The final pricing will depend on how much you will need beyond just the receiver - bottom metal, DBM magazines, stock well you get the idea.

I would NOT be needing the bottom metal, stock well or DBM magazine just the action/bolt/trigger/barrel nut. Can you give me an idea of the price without the above and an approximate availability time if I get you paid today or tomorrow.
