Are you seeing little square boxes where there should be an appostraphy, quotation marks, question marks or exclaimation points on the website?  If so, you need to adjust your browsers Character Encoding settings using the directions below.


FOR FIREFOX USERS:

View > Character Encoding > More Encodings > Western European > Western (Windows-1252)


FOR INTERNET EXPLORER USERS:

View > Encoding > Western European (Windows)


Note:  These settings don't seem to be permanent so you will need to reset them each time you visit the main website until we can figure out where they hid the option to change the default encoding on the server.
