reshoot the ladder same thing. couldnt the rl19 and the nos 115 bal tips to group well. I switch to the 117 grain hronadys and h4831sc and some rl22.

I also went ahead and set the bullet .005 into the rifling on all. these what i got. I had a 5-7 mph wind 3-9 oclock. the shots were off the bipod. i want to reshoot a couple of them off the lead sled again to make sure i choose the right ones to continue with. which three should I use?

Load 3 to 5 rounds each. Start at 52.0 and go .1 step up at a time. All the way up to 53.0.
Don't change anything else till you get that done. Same seating depth, powder, etc.
Report back. ;) Looking pretty good so far. ;D

I'd work with the 4831 but the RL 22 looks good also so do both.

Don't know how far you plan on shooting since this is a hunting rig, but I would be done with the 53 gr of h4831. That definitely minute of lungs out to at least 400 yards. Also, the 4831 is an extreme powder so it should be more temp stable than the re22, meaning that your groups will probably be just as good at 25 degrees as they were at 85 with the 4831.

ditched the bipod for this test and went off the sand bags. This things tells me that this gun shoots better than my abilities and that I i need to get rid of this factory trigger. I am glad that iam finally done. Just need to pick a load

Four shot group felt like i moved the rifle before the third shot so I shot a 4th. this would have been a sub Half MOA but decided to measure the pulled shot.

Best measured group I like the RL22

I have yet to find a better combo than RL22 and 100gr nosler ballistic tips in my 25-06. RL19 and the 85gr bullets are a very close second.
