Prairie dogs around Deadwood SD, Sundance Wy?

The girlfriend and I were talking about taking a trip to Deadwood just for fun over spring break maybe (3 week of march) was wondering if anyone knew of some spots around there for some prairie dog fun! Feel free to email or pm Thanks!

Contact the Dept of wildlife of all of those states.

They might even send you to some ranchers that need help.

Won't find many dogs around Deadwood and I signed up for the GFP program to help ranchers 7 years ago, never got a call. You will need to contact a rancher though as dog season is only open on private land that time of year. Best advice is to call GFP as stated above and ask for a list of ranchers. Log onto the GFP website and look at the prarie dog population map to get an idea of where you want to look.

Either way, come on out. It's always nice to have some coffee and do some shooting, even if it is at steel a long ways out.
