I was wondering what is the largest barrel profile you have ever opened these up for. I like the stock for hunting purposes but want to run a light Varmint profile.
I had a Savage heavy sporter in one, very little inletting required but there isn't much material on the forend of those stocks. A #5 would work I think, a LV will be too big(turned to use a nut you get a straight cylinder past the end of the stock). I don't have the stock anymore or I'd take some measurements.

thanks, I wish there were more lightweight hunting stocks for the 110 with a channel for a heavier barrel.
What is it you're trying to achieve? Since weight seems to be a concern I'd use a smaller contour barrel so the rifle balances well. A 6+ pound barrel and a lightweight stock(the B&C isn't really that light) will be heavy overall and at the muzzle end.

A light varmint barrel is about 4 pounds and I have it finished at 20 inch which makes it even lighter. I will just have to purchase another HS Precision stock(and run a short action) or Manners MCS- T with carbon fill(and wait quite awhile). I like the B@C stock I was just hoping to use it for a long action 7mm saum build.
