I really have to know - are these groups shot off a bi-pod and a spported stock, bipod and shoulder, bench rest and rear bag, off hand standing on one foot, shooting over weak shoulder while texting? How were they accomplished? Come on guys - fess up.
I shoot groups off of a bench we built with two sandbags that I bought at Walmart a couple of years ago.

I shoot mine off a Caldwell Rock BR front rest and a rear bag or Bipod and rear bag both off a bench.

Shot these a couple years ago doing load development for some ammo to ship ahead to Ireland for the Creedmoor Cup. I wish I could say that I always got results like this... I dang near cried when that barrel finally gave up on me. Shot off a bench using a Centershot bipod & rear bag.

Still getting the hang of shooting from a bench with front rest and bags and all... 5 shots from the new .30 BR:

Wind was gusting pretty good (moving the target) and I tried to hold off for it on that last shot on the right hand target... oops.

This is my best ever way back in 1989 from a stock Browning A bolt in 270. It is 3 shots and measures about .3 oc.
http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w320/edonsmith/IMG_0979_zpsd848bf0c.jpg
This one is a 300 weatherby custom rig built on a Rem 700 action with a sporter weight barrel with load data shown on target
http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w320/edonsmith/IMG_0976_zps448a4a12.jpg
Another 3 shot at 100 yards as all of these are. This is a custom 700 rem chambered in 270 lilja barrel etc
http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w320/edonsmith/IMG_0975_zps913ab596.jpg
And finally a 223 group from my Stock savage 10 FLCPK bolt gun a few weeks after getting it. I have countless sub .4" groups with that rifle and really have a lot of fun with it and the 308 big brother.

I would like to know more about the weatherby rig. If its a 700 action, what's weatherby?
I own a 300 weatherby in a bell and Carlson medalist stock with a custom muzzle break.

It is a completely custom rifle built around a Rem 700 action CHAMBERED in 300 weatherby Mag. It has a lilja 24" ss barrel with a threaded barrel and muzzle brake, a McMillan glass stock that was bedded at Mcmillan back in 1995 or so when it was built. A gunsmith/competitor in Georgia built it for me by the name of Miles Gibby. Trigger is stock Rem 700. the scope is a Burris XTR 4x16x50mm
If you have any other questions let me know. I still have it and shoot it often though the barrel is getting tired and will get a new one for it soon.

I can't upload pictures because i am on iphone, but it's a 1983 Japan model mark V weatherby with a duluxe stock from the factory.
26" barrel, threaded and custom muzzle break. I bought a bell and Carlson stock with aluminum bedding block and put the action and barrel in that stock. Original stock is mint. I would say the overall barrel length is now about 28".
I use 180grain TSX bullets and can get groups about a quarter in size on a good day using a bipod.
My next upgrade is bedding the action.

First is a .223 Rem CBI barrel I put on a Savage action for a fellow. I think he was happy with the load work.

Next is a group from the 6.5 Creedmoor Striker that I put together.

Stock 12 LRP in 6.5 CM at 300 yards.
http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r52/sigshooter/DSCN3768.jpg
Another from a .243 AI I just put together. I am still doing load research but not that hard anymore, I keep this as my go to load and dabble a little each time I go to the range. I have always seemed to get lucky with rifles. Even the Remingtons I have owned were accurate.

My two favorite groups are these. These are ones my twin girls shot. The first one is the first three rounds she ever fired in a rifle. The other is the second group from the other twin. She didn't like her first three shot (ever with a rifle) even though they were less than .75" . Spoiled kids!
