my 10-50 is on its way to me as we speak, and I will be putting it to the test in about 3 weeks when I go on my hunting trip. Hopefully it performs as well as my 8-32.

Wayne,

They say they will be manufacturing lens covers and a sun shade for your scope sometime this summer. I checked Scope Coat and they seem to list one that should fit your needs. Your scope looks like it has a very long windage adjustment turret but take a look at this link. The XL one for Night Force is 6mm thick material. I have one less thick on my Nikon and it offers great protection above and beyond the lens caps. See what you think for the added protection.

Specifications; X-Large NF * 6 mm 19.5" / 49.5 cm 60 mm

I have my gun packed on a truck to go to Wyoming, but if I remember correctly it was either 10 or 12 per revolution on the 10-50, and I think 16 per revolution on the 8-32. Course I could be wrong.

This is an ignorant question but I have to ask.
can you see the bullet holes in your target at 200-300 yds with this scope or the 32x SII? ( or any other brand of scope)
I shoot 223 and want a scope that I will be able to see the holes clearly at that range
Trying to keep from having to get a spotting scope
Thanks for your input and sorry if this is not the thread to ask such a question
