the marks in the scope wether they be in mills minits or whatever are all good for reference.
just pick up and move the spot to the target and shoot again. no need to waste time dialing.
with no reference marks its harder to do but can be done. if your off by feet just dial to the hit.
dont count anything just wind it over. hold on your target and wind to the hit/miss.
try it on rocks for practice. you will soon see that all the talk over whats best is meaningless
at least for hunting. just make sure you know where zero is so you can get back to it.
everybody knows by now about setting the dial on zero after sighting in. just count clicks
to the bottom from there and your all set. no real need for zero stop if you pay attention.
