Yep, that was originally going to be the basic set up I was going to use except the angle grinder is a great idea.

I think that is a right angle drill

correct...and the hose clamp adjusts the speed for different chores...i had a different set up that use a standard drill in the same type of brackets then got to thinking i could use an angle drill as a multi purpose tool.

This is my set up...the drill was $90 bucks not sure what a torch cost and i made the brackets outta scrap...the drill is used to anneal unifom primer pockets and turn necks...i annealed 101 case tonight and it took me 23mins thats counting set up clean up and pics.

Hey you know those old bluprints turned backwards make great targets. Do your duty and recycle lol.

thats exactly what they are used for...i use 3/4" round pink,green and orange stickers for POA...cheap and easy.
