heres my thing though that dura coat and such is nice but i like to be as mobile and versatile as possible. Thats why i primer in grey or a dark color primer and then spray paint the camo onto the weapon as i use it in many hunting applications if it needs to be more white i grab a can of white. if i dura coated or backed a finish to a rifle yes it looks neat as hell just not for practical purposes of mine. As soon as i figure this pic thing up ill put some up im workin on it.

you can paint over the krylon. I plan to do just as you say for each season a different camo, paint it using krylon and then use brake cleaner to remove the krylon the underlying cerakote is not affected. :o ;D :o

I have learned something today i appoligize for being an idiot. How much does it cost to coat a gun like you speak of and the brake clean wont effect it at all? make it bubbly or anything???? im intrigued

it cost me $230.00 for the barreled action and 85.00 for the stock :o

no brake cleaner will not affect it at all i have done it a few times it works great
