Install rear baffle

Hello, purchased a 110 Apex storm from Cabela’s and when it arrived the rear baffle is it attached to the bolt. I’ve watched a few videos and understand it should slide on but for the life of me I can’t get it into the grooves. Seems like the button is in the way of the grooves when the bolt is cocked. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

How odd. Is that an aftermarket bolt handle? So the baffle came detached that way? Remove the bolt handle and go from the rear.

Remove the screw, remove the bolt handle, and slide the baffle off the bolt body. Then install it back on in the groove.

I don’t know how it got all discombobulated like that, but ya did something wrong.. Lol.
