30/30 cases to 22 hi power

I'd appreciate it if anyone has any hands on experience of forming 22 hi power from30/30brass, especially getting the neck tension good. Also was any neck turning necessary?
I'm doing my best but I'm on a steep learning curve and need some guidance.

It may be easier to start with .25-35 brass, that's the easy button for the .219 Zipper. The .22 High Power uses a .227 diameter bullet but I would think the dies would have the correct expander button for good neck tension. A chamber casting would let you know about the neck thickness. Sorry I can't be of more help! S&B was loading .22 HP in metric form recently (5.6x52R) but I don't know if that's still the case.
It's better to shoot for the moon and hit the fencepost than to shoot for the fencepost and hit the ground!
