Cabelas is offering on clearance the Savage Impulse Elite for $2,000.00! It's on clearance. When compared to Gun Broker its $200 to almost $800 off. Offerings are .308 and 6.5 Creed in 26inch barrel and .308 Winchester Mag in 30 inch barrel. No 338 Lapua

With a tad bit of refining at the gunsmiths this could be a highly precise and accurate rifle IMHO. Sure beats the time and expense of putting a competion rifle together.
